Privacy Policy

Account information. Your email address, password credentials (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and any profile details you choose to add such as name, role, company, introduction text, and profile photos.

Content you submit. App URLs, store links, industry and context notes, competitor selections, community posts, coach conversations, and outreach notes.

Order information. Records of the reports you purchase. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we never receive or store full card numbers.

Technical information. Basic log and device data generated when you use the site, used for security, debugging, and service reliability.

To create and secure your account; to generate, deliver, and store the reports you order; to process payments and send receipts; to provide support; to operate community and notification features; and to improve the accuracy and reliability of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Reports are produced with third-party AI models. Content you submit for analysis (such as an app URL, public store listing details, and the context you provide) is transmitted to those model providers to generate your report. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data of others that you are not authorized to share.

We rely on vendors to run the service, including hosting and database/authentication infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery, and AI model providers. They may process your information only to provide services to us.

Profile photos, display name, role, and company shown on member cards are visible to other signed-in members. Community posts are visible to other members. Your reports and order history are private to your account.

We keep account data and report history for as long as your account is active so you can revisit past reports. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize it except where we must retain records for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

You can view and edit your profile at any time, unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any message, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor valid requests.

Access to your data is restricted by authenticated, per-account access controls, and data is encrypted in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

DICE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
