Terms of Service

DICE generates AI-assisted evaluations, scores, comparable-app analyses, and written commentary about apps and websites based on publicly available information and the details you provide. Reports are analytical opinions produced by software, not appraisals, audits, or professional advice.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Reports are sold per order at the prices shown at checkout, with no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated on demand and delivered immediately, orders are generally final once the report is produced. If a report fails to generate or is materially defective, contact us and we will regenerate it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Before paying, verify that the app returned by search matches the product you intend to analyze. Charges for reports run against the wrong app are not automatically refundable.

Do not use DICE to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape or resell the service, bypass access controls or paywalls, submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, harass other members, or attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service and generate your reports. Reports delivered to you may be used for your own internal, investment, or business purposes; redistribution or resale as a standalone product is not permitted without our written consent.

The DICE and App Score AI names, logos, page templates, scoring framework, and site content are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

DICE can analyze apps you do not own. Naming or scoring a third-party product does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or approval from that company, and all third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scores, comparables, valuations, or commentary are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any decision you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DICE (dba App Score AI) and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost investment capital, lost business opportunity, lost goodwill, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service or reliance on any report — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific report giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service. You may stop using DICE at any time and request account deletion.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
